A tonement for All
C onditional Election
T otal Depravity

can you explain what you mean by A and C?

I didn't write it...I just like it.

But I would say that "Atonement for All" means simply that Jesus died for all people, not just some (1 John 2:2) and "Conditional Election" means that this atonement is only effective when we utilize our free will to accept Jesus' salvific life, suffering, death, and resurrection.
