It was 30 years ago today...
God bless Elliot! My son had to take a picture to his kindergarten class today of something that begins with "J" (the letter of the day). He wanted to take a picture of a "Jedi"! Sometimes, you get reassurance that you're raising your children properly...
I don't particularly remember seeing the 1st one, however, my best friend and her baby went to see the second one together. He must have been about four months old and I'll never forget that as the fighters flew over he swiveled his head trying to find them!!! Gotta love surround sound. I made my now 20 year old daughter go see all six of them with me when they were rereleased/released! She just didn't get it. Glad yours did.

I was 10 years old when I first saw Star Wars. It was on my birthday. For some reason I remember being scared.

Yeah, you sure wouldn't want him thinking Jesus or anything.
I am going to watch Star Wars in Celebration! DVD with Surround Sound, not as good as the original, but close enough.
